***Update**2003 I made it home finally..I bought a new map and am so glad I did..I had printed out some maps showing locations of cemeteries but it was just a general location..the maps now have some cemeteries listed..this was a great help**..While in Sullivan Co a few years ago I bought a county map. I get lost even though I grew up in the area. I have found this map invaluable. I have used it over and over again. I look for other people and myself too!
There is an online store showing what is available and which stores carry them. This is for New York and other states too. They carry all sorts of special maps.

..GENEALOGY QUERY..
We were always told we were related to the Sutters, Millers, Browns of White Lake, Bethel. I did find out about the Sutter connection, our great grandmother was a Sutter, though this was never mentioned that I remember. I still wonder about the others. How were we related? If anyone knows, please let me know.

From the Otto Hillig collection. I finally have a bit of information concerning Otto Hillig. I am told he was a famous son of Liberty. He had a studio in Liberty for many years. I mentioned his name to mom, she says yes..he had a studio in Liberty! He also built that famous Liberty castle. We went there many a time. Such a shame it was allowed to go to ruin. His studio was put on the National Register of Historical places. A business is still there. I have verified this information!
