...SPICER LINES.....

I have just found some information that supports the fact that *Emma Spicer's father was Joseph W Spicer. Her Mother was Rebecca Almeda Myers Walker. Widow of Willis Milton Walker. I am next going to try to get the book on the Spicer family. Though the information I have found says it is derived from the Spicer book!

I am going to do a bit more with this. But, so far this is what I have figured out.

There is a book about the Spicers.... Spicers of Wilkes County, North Carolina and Their Related Families by Bernard Frederick Spicer. He has passed away, his family told me there were no more copies. So, try as I am going to, the inter-library loan program.

The Spicers are mentioned in the Log Cabin Families of Stone Mountain North Carolina book by Hardin and Virginia Royall. This book is no longer available as far as I know, I talked to the authors a few years back. Sometimes though a company may re-print such a book.

Recently found information lists this person as *Emily Lodemia Spicer. The information originally provided to me was told by Emma's daughter. Sarah Sidden Keithley. I will look and ask further.

I have spoken to someone about this, they say she was called Emma, but Emily could have been her given name. Someone else stated they thought the Emma Loudini was correct too.
